Portsmouth Historical Society event at Butts Hill Fort, Portsmouth, RI. The event is to gain an appreciation of the historical value of the Fort and start a movement to restore the Fort for an event in the 250th anniversary of the Revolutionary Was Battle of RI in 2028.
